To replace the redundant array of independent disks (RAID) controller

Replacing the RAID controller and updating controller configuration is hardware dependent. Refer to your hardware vendor for information on replacing your RAID controller and the effect that removal of the controller from the shared bus will have on termination.

Note

Replacing the RAID controller may affect the quorum disk. It is therefore advisable to back up the individual nodes and the cluster disks before replacing the RAID controller. If the quorum disk is affected, it can then be restored from the backup.
